I’m going to apologize now if I don’t do too well of explaining things. lol I haven’t written anything in a really long time. I used to blog every single day after I graduated HS but now that I’m a mom and all….things get a bit busy around here for me to do anything. lol

Mini Target/Walgreens Haul. :P

Hello guys and dolls! Today I give you a mini Target/Walgreens haul! WOO! TARGET! I bought a few makeup items on clearance and I felt the need to share them. I also went to Walgreens and bought a couple of things. :) So I went to Target the other day to drop off my boyfriend and I figured I would shop around and see what kind of clearance things I could find. Good thing I went into the beauty area because I found a few good deals. :) I got 3 nail polishes, a Jemma Kid eyeshadow, and a Loreal brow pencil. Photobucket Photobucket First up is the Revlon nail polish in 120 Cupid. The reg. price is 4.99. Clearance price was 2.48. I absolutely love this pink. It’s not too bright and too light. It’s like a Barbie pink. I love it! Photobucket Next is Sally Hansen HD in 15 DVD. The reg. price is 5.00. Clearance price was 2.50. With this color I’m a little bit disappointed in because it’s a bit sheer when you apply one coat. But I’m sure you put a purple base and then apply this it’ll look totally awesome. Photobucket Last nail polish from Target is Nicole by OPI in Sea How Far You Go. The reg. price is 7.74. Clearance price was 3.87. Now this nail polish absolutely gorgeous. It’s the perfect fall color. On it’s own it’s really nice and the gold really pops but if you put it on top of a light lavender color the purple really stands out. It’s a really pretty color. This one is my favorite out of the three. :) Photobucket Now my Jemma Kid e/s in 06 Vanity Fair. The reg. price is 16.00. Clearance price was 4.00. This is probably my new favorite e/s. It’s a good quality matte taupe. It looks really nice in the crease area and it’s also very buildable. It’s also a very good brow filler. Overall I love this e/s. Also I think it was a really good bargain because to be honest I would never pay 16.00 for it. lmao Photobucket Photobucket Lastly, the brow pencil. This is the Loreal Paris Brow Stylist in Medium-Dark Brown. The reg price is 7.99. Clearance price was 3.99. I was really really happy to find this. I’ve been looking for a brow pencil and I got lucky with this one. It’s a nice soft pencil and super easy to use. It also comes on the cap a brush to groom your brows and at the other end it has a little pair of tweezers. The only complaint I have is that because of the tweezers it comes with the pencil part is really short. So we’ll see how long it lasts. Photobucket Photobucket And now my purchases from Walgreens. Now I originally went here because I needed some feminine products lol. But I got sucked into the beauty section as always. lol I only bought a Wet N Wild Concealer. I was really excited to see the Wet N Wild section because we just recently got their products in the Walgreens by my house. It’s like impossible to find Wet N Wild in my area. Now the Wet N Wild purchase. This is the Cover All Liquid Concealer in Medium. The price is 2.99. Now I’ve been hearing alot of good things about Wet N Wild and that their products have been reformulated. So we’ll see what happens with this one. Their will be a review coming soon on this. :) Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Hope you enjoyed this post. :) Happy shopping you makeup lovers. :D xoxo <3

Review: NYX Powder Blush in Peach

Review: NYX Powder Blush in Peach

Now I’m still fairly new to NYX products. I haven’t used very many things from them but what I have used I absolutely love. And this product definitely impressed me more and has made me love NYX. This blush the PERFECT pinky peach blush I have ever used ever. It’s a matte blush so for all of you oily skinned ladies out there this is perfect for you. :) It gives a natural flushed look without looking too pink in the cheeks. It applies so nicely and looks so natural. I think it’s safe to say this is my favorite blush hands down. This is the blush I reach for every time I do my makeup.

This blush retails for 6.99 I believe at Ulta. But if you don’t have access to an Ulta you can purchase it online from Ulta (FINALLY! lol) or on the NYX website. I’m telling you girls you definitely won’t regret this purchase. :) Peace and love :)xoxo

The full story on my ebay purchase.

Ok so I bought Benefit’s The PoreFessional (full size) about a month ago on ebay. The seller had good feedback and it seemed legit. So I got the product a week after ordering it and I just put it in my makeup drawer. Then on Sunday I take it out to use, I take the top off and notice the seal had been tampered with and there was already product in the cap. Then I squeeze some out and I realize it’s a completely different product inside the tube. The person I bought this from put foundation in the empty bottle. >_> I’m so pissed. Mind you on ebay the seller described this product as NIB….NOT “Hey I opened the bottle used everything inside then put old nasty foundation inside. ENJOY! :D”…shit if that were the case I would’ve never wasted my money lmao.

LUCKILY I didn’t pay retail price for it. It was 12 dollars with free shipping. BUT STILL. I’m very upset about this. Because of this one incident I’ll never buy another makeup product from ebay ever again. T_T I even sent a message to the seller and told them the problem and they sent to me like some kind of spam. So I filed a case with ebay to get a refund and they gave me my money back. Thank god!

Swatches so you can see the NOTICEABLE difference of the two. And again the one on the left is from the sample bottle and the one on the right is the ebay bottle.

Photobucket

As you can see the one on the left is a light colored balm and the one on the right is a dark liquid foundation. At least that’s what it looks like and feels like. In the end I’m really glad ebay gave me the refund. :D xoxo <3

Mini Makeup Collection.

Hello guys and dolls! Today is a (mini) Makeup Collection post! WOO! Yes, I know my collection is a tad bit small at the moment. But as of right now it’s good for me. I don’t have the space to have a bunch of makeup nor the money. lol This is the main stuff I use. :)

Photobucket

(Top Drawer): Eye products…eyeliners, mascara, primer, etc..

Photobucket

(Middle Drawer): Face products…primer, powder, foundation, tinted moisturizer, concealer.

Photobucket

(Bottom Drawer): Blushes and some eyeshadows.

Photobucket

Brush holder: Mostly Sigma brushes with some misc. brands. Mainly E.L.F. and Sigma. Also there are things there that are for easy access. Mainly stuff I grab for the most before doing my eye makeup.

Photobucket

(My Caboodle case): These are all of the eyeshadows I rarely ever use. My plan was to put them in a palette but…I don’t like the quality so I may just give them to my sister-in-law or something. (top part)

Photobucket

(bottom/main part)

And…..THAT’S IT! Yea I know it’s teeny tiny but I’m currently in the process of using up some of the products I have until I need to buy more. So yea. Hope you guys enjoyed! xoxo <3

Review: e.l.f.’s Studio Line Golden Bronzer

Review e.l.f.’s Golden Bronzer from the Studio Line.

Ok so….as a bronzer I absolutely hate it. It’s WAY too shimmery to be a bronzer. Especially if you have oily skin like I do. It only emphasizes the oiliness of my skin which isn’t too nice. lol Now as an eyeshadow quad it’s very very pretty. It creates a nice summery neutral eye. The colors are quite pigmented considering it’s only 3 dollars. But it’s also a bit powdery so you have to be careful when using it with an eyeshadow brush. If you’re not careful it gets everywhere and just makes an absolute mess. T_T So if you’re looking for a cheap bronzer this is definitely not it but if you want some really pretty shimmery neutral shadows it’s perfect.

I purchased this from my local Target for 3 dollars. But if they don’t have them at your Target you can also purchase them from some K-marts or the e.l.f. website. If you do decide to purchase it from the website be sure to check if they have coupon codes for the Studio Line. They always have coupons for something. It could be free shipping, bogo, or even 50 percent off of thei’r studio line. :) I know this review probably isn’t the best and I apologize. This is my first time blogging on beauty products and what not. So please be patient with me. lol xoxo <3 PS. If you guys want me to post a look using this or have used any good e.l.f. products leave a comment below! <3
